FAAB Sector Committee and its members held and attended in meetings and conferences. FAAB member, Mr. Jean Luc Voisin, was invited to deliver a speech to share about food safety concerns and the way he started up his business to support farmers to bring organic produce into the market in The Mekong Connect 2019 held in Can Tho city on November 7. FAAB SC Co-Chairman, Mr. Phong Quach, was invited to deliver a speech related to agriculture investment and product development trends in the Investment Promotion Conference in Food Processing Industry. Moreover, On 17 January 2020, FAABS Co-Chairman, Mr. Phong Quach and Mr. Jean Luc Voisin attended a meeting with the EU Delegation trade team to discuss the current situation of FAABS members, the CPTPP and EVFTA, and their potential impact for agricultural companies business.
