On 14 January 2025, Business Finland organised the Finland-Vietnam Labour Mobility Connect: Business Forum in HCMC, bringing together representatives from the Finnish public sector, Vietnamese businesses, Finnish business associations, and industry leaders. The forum served as a valuable platform for fostering dialogue on labour mobility and exploring recruitment opportunities between Vietnam and Finland.
The forum welcomed distinguished guests from Finland:

- Representative from Business Finland
- Representative from the city of Turku, the city of Helsinki
- Representative from Finnish business associations
EuroCham Vietnam’s Executive Director Delphine Rousselet shared her insights on the topic “Overview of the Vietnam Business Landscape and the Role of Talent Mobility from Vietnam to Finland.” During the panel discussion, Delphine highlighted Vietnam’s dynamic and rapidly growing economy, its highly skilled workforce, and the critical importance of ethical and sustainable talent mobility. She emphasised EuroCham’s pivotal role in facilitating partnerships between European and Vietnamese businesses, advocating for best practices in recruitment, and fostering mutually beneficial growth through collaboration.
