[HCMC] Legal Officer

EuroCham Vietnam is currently looking for a Legal Officer, based in Ho Chi Minh City

Main Duties and Key Performance Indicators

• Represent the SEA HD and help generating IP-related questions during events, trade fairs and matchmaking events in Vietnam (or online) and occasionally in other cities of SEA. The aim is to strengthen the visibility of the SEA HD activities and services;
• Produce or help producing IP-related reports and research but also IP contents;
• Support the IPBA in the production of training materials and publications (by conducting initial research, creating first drafts and providing further content and design input);
• Attend meetings and conferences (either onsite or virtually) concerning IP in Vietnam and/or SEA and support in monitoring changes of the regional IP landscape (new legislation and practice);
• Be responsible for the quality control of tasks assigned by the PM or the IPBA related to the Project or by EuroCham (which may involve being handled in Vietnamese, either written or orally);
• Other tasks as assigned.
