Ministry of Industry and Trade signed Decision No.4846/QD-BCT approving a plan to remove 15 procedures and simplify 108 of 443 procedures under MOIT management in 17 fields, including: steel, gas, food safety, production and business of wine, electricity, petroleum, trade promotion, import and export, chemicals, international trade and competition management. EuroCham Secretariat has sent the text of the Decision 4846 with sectoral impacts to relevant Sector Committees for their update and further follow up with MOIT.
