This event, chaired by Deputy Minister Tran Duy Dong, marked a collaborative effort among various stakeholders to foster an environment conducive to business growth and innovation. This resolution is aimed at the continuous enhancement of the business environment and national competitiveness.

EuroCham Vice-Chair Minh Nguyen highlighted the importance of the EuroCham Business Confidence Index as a tool for evaluating the economic landscape. He commended the government’s initiative to reduce the number of import and export goods requiring specialized inspection, as detailed in Annex III of Resolution 02, noting its beneficial effects on simplifying business processes. Additionally, he pushed for improved policies to promote green growth and the use of renewable, clean energy sources. He also urged the establishment of clear guidelines for calculating carbon emissions to emphasize the role of environmental sustainability in fostering economic development.
