The Taxation & Transfer Pricing Sector Committee raised their comments and recommendations on draft Decree on tax management for affiliated enterprises to the Ministry of Finance dated 3rd October. On 28th October, 2016 EuroCham Board member, Boris Gueudin and Tax & Transfer Pricing Sector Committee members were invited to a meeting with Ministry of Finance lead by the Minister Do Hoang Anh Tuan in Ha Noi to discuss the recent draft of the Decree dated 26th October.
