Following recent new government regulations to combat the spread of COVID-19 and support business operations during this difficult time – including Directive 16, Resolution 37 and Directive 15 – EuroCham has launched a new reporting tool to help companies raise difficulties in the implementation of these new measures on the ground.
 
The spirit of these new regulations is not to restrict business operations. However we know that, in practice, local authorities in different provinces can have a different interpretation of new regulations; and that it can take time for their consistent application to emerge. We also know that businesses are facing serious, testing times at the moment; and that these different interpretations can make a big difference to companies and their business operations.
 
Therefore, EuroCham has launched a new email address for our members to report specific difficulties or inconsistencies in the application of these new regulations by provinces and local authorities. Our team will help to raise these concerns with the relevant ministries and aim to resolve them as soon as possible, to ensure that normal business operations can continue.
