A delegation from EuroCham met with the National Assembly’s External Relations Committee at the National Assembly building in Hanoi on 18 August.

The meeting followed recent instructions from National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue to strengthen cooperation between the legislative body and EuroCham.

Attending from EuroCham were Vice-Chairman Minh Nguyen, Board Members Tri-Mai Hoang and Thang Nguyen, Hanoi Office Head cum External Relations Manager Van Nguyen, and Central and Eastern European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (CEEC) Board member Gabriel Stanek.

The External Relations Committee expressed appreciation for EuroCham’s support in preparations for upcoming official visits by the National Assembly Chairman to European nations.

Both sides agreed to enhance information exchange regarding concerns from the European business community operating in Vietnam.
